Officer Rusty detains Binky Beaz after getting caught stealing from the dressing room at the mall. When he starts searching for the stolen items, Blinky begins feeling uncomfortable and demands a female officer come in to do it. That's when bombshell officer Vannessa Cage arrives to make the cavity search. Now, the young shoplifter will have to please both to see her way out of this detainment.
